According to traditional Chinese medicine, the “kidney system” plays a large role in determining the level of an individual’s energy and the strength of the immune system. A weak kidney system can result in bone loss, infertility, premature aging, slowed development or growth in children, etc. But kidney energy can be enhanced with foods, herbs and exercise. This evening we will be introduced to healing foods, tonic herbs and specific practices designed to regenerate our kidneys and help optimize our health and longevity.
